Privacy Policy
This policy covers drinkpraxus.com, our email list, our online store, and the booking pages we send you links to. Praxus Brands Inc. (“Praxus,” “we”) is responsible for the information described here. Questions and requests go to hello@drinkpraxus.com.
The short version
- We collect what you give us, like your email address or your order, and basic data about how the site is used.
- We use it to run the list, fill orders, and improve the site and our ads.
- We never sell your email address or give it to advertisers.
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Email us to see, fix, or delete what we have.
What we collect
When you join the first access list
Your email address, which signup form you used, and the referral code if you arrived through someone’s link. We also give you your own referral code.
When you order
Your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give it, what you ordered, and your subscription choices. Payments are handled by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
When you apply to be a campus ambassador
Your name, email, school, clubs or sports, social handle, and what you tell us about yourself.
When you book a time with us
For a tasting or an interview: your name, email or phone, business name if there is one, and any note you add.

Whatever you send us.
Automatically, when you visit
Pages you view, the site that sent you, your device and browser type, your approximate location based on your IP address, and whether you signed up or started checkout. See Cookies and ads below.
If you run a business we contact
To offer Praxus wholesale, we collect business names, addresses, and contact details from public sources like business listings and the business’s own website or social profile, plus notes from any visit. We use it only for that. Reply “no” to any email from us, or write to hello@drinkpraxus.com, and we stop.
How we use it
- Send the emails you signed up for: first access, pre-order, and product news.
- Process, ship, and support your orders and subscriptions.
- Credit referrals and ambassador sales.
- Review ambassador applications and run the program.
- Schedule and hold tastings and interviews.
- Measure the site and our ads, and fix what is not working.
- Keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not give or sell your email address to advertisers or other brands. We use the companies below to run Praxus. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.

If you join through a friend’s link, they get credit for the referral. We do not give them your email address. If you order through an ambassador’s link, the ambassador gets credit for the sale. We do not give them your contact details.
We also share information when the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights, or with a buyer if Praxus is sold or merged. A buyer would be bound by this policy for information collected under it.
Cookies and ads
- Plausible uses no cookies.
- Meta’s pixel sets a cookie so we can see which ads lead to signups and orders. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may connect your visit to your account under Meta’s own policy.
- Shopify sets the cookies that make the cart and checkout work.
- If you arrive through a referral link, our site saves that code in your browser for 30 days so the referral still counts if you sign up later.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Tracking protection or an ad blocker stops Meta’s pixel, and the site works the same without it. You can change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences. Our site does not currently change what it does in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
You join our list by choice. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a do-not-email list so you stay unsubscribed. Emails about an order or an active subscription, like receipts and shipping notices, still come while the order or subscription is open.
How long we keep it
- Email list: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only the do-not-email record.
- Orders: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Ambassador applications, bookings, and emails: as long as we need them for the program or the conversation.
Ask us and we delete yours sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can email hello@drinkpraxus.com to see the information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop marketing email. We answer within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from your email address. We will not treat you differently for asking. If we cannot do something, for example delete an order record we have to keep for taxes, we tell you why.
Security
We use encrypted connections, limit access to the people who need it, and choose vendors that protect data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we tell you as the law requires.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@drinkpraxus.com and we delete it.
Where your information is processed
Praxus is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed here.
Other sites
Our links to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information we already have, we email the list before it takes effect.
